How to Cancel an Alipay Subscription?

As the name suggests, Alipay is a well-known online payment app. Founded in China in 2004 by the Alibaba group led by Jack Ma, one can use the Alipay app both on a desktop and a mobile phone. It has separate specifications both for a Mac and an android device. It also has countless other unique features through which users can hail a taxi, get a credit card, debit card, e-wallet and even buy insurance. The app was a massive success in the Chinese market as it helped reduce fraud like money laundering.

To cancel an Alipay subscription, you will need to follow these steps:

1. Open the Alipay app on your device.

2. Tap the “Me” icon present at the bottom right corner of the screen.

3. Now click on the “Subscription” option.

4. Locate the subscription that you want to cancel and tap on it.

5. Now press the “Cancel Subscription” button.

6. Finally, confirm the cancellation of the individual subscription.

Suppose you cannot cancel the subscription through the Alipay app due to unknown constraints. In cases like that, you may need to contact the vendor or service provider directly to request that they cancel your subscription. You may also be able to cancel the subscription through the vendor’s website or by contacting their customer support team.
