QlikView Distribution Service
QlikView Distribution Service (QDS) is a component of the QlikView Business Intelligence (BI) platform that allows users to schedule and distribute reports and documents to other users within an organization. It is designed to automate the process of creating and distributing QlikView documents, including dashboards, reports, and other data visualizations.

The component that creates and distributes QlikView documents, the QlikView Distribution Service (QDS) cluster(s), can be accessed and updated under the Distribution Services folder. Many QDSs that are located on various workstations can be found in a single QlikView Publisher (QVP) installation. Consequently, these elements can also be added or removed.
Functions:
- Add
The URL must be entered in the new text box after selecting the Add icon in the pane to the right to create a QDS entry. The tree view in the left pane will have the new entry available.
- Example:

- Delete
Click on the Delete icon to completely remove a configured entry from the list.
- Apply
To confirm the modification, click Apply.
- Cancel
To undo the modification, select Cancel.
