What is Cricket?

In cricket, there are two teams where the no. of players is 11. The captain of the team has the right to toss, and if he wins the toss, he will choose whether to bowl or bat first. If they choose to bat first, their goal is to amass a large number of runs while preventing the opposing side from exceeding that total.

There are numerous different ways to play cricket, but the most common ones are test cricket and one-day cricket. Each team bats twice during the five-day TEST cricket match, if time allows.

The most common style is ONE DAY, which gives each team 300 balls to score runs. With the same amount of balls, the opposing team tries to outscore them.

The players’ three roles are 1. BATSMEN; 2. BOWLING; and 3. FIELD.

A batsman is a person who scores runs off of the balls that the bowler bowls.

A bowler is a person who throws a ball and attempts to “out” a batsman (dismissed from the ground).

Players (10) known as fielders help the bowler accomplish his objective and keep the batsman from scoring runs.

Cricket is a complex game that requires skill, strategy, and physical fitness. It is often played at a leisurely pace, with matches sometimes lasting several days. However, there are also shorter formats of the game, such as Twenty20 (T20), which are designed to be played in a single day.

Cricket is a game where it is mostly played in all Asian countries
